FiDA Failed Implant Device Alliance: Public Citizen Failed implanted medical device

Joint replacements are the #1 expenditure of Medicare. The process of approving these medical devices is flawed according to the Institute of Medicine. It is time for patients' voices to be heard as stakeholders and for public support for increased medical device industry accountability and heightened protections for patients. Post-market registry. Product warranty. Patient/consumer stakeholder equity. Rescind industry pre-emptions/entitlements. All clinical trials must report all data.

Public Citizen Failed implanted medical device - Surgical Mesh

(link here) Public Citizen advocates for recall of surgical mesh. Bravo!
Lives have been destroyed by this product and the industry's deafness to patient concerns.

Surgical mesh - another failed product of the medical device industry.

I heard it described that it is "as if you have a cheese grater implanted in you" your tissues are grated. Such pain and horror! This must stop.
